Return policy

To minimize the need of returns, please make sure the jigs you are purchasing are for the species you are desiring to target.  All of our jigs are similar and a 4/0 hook is much larger than a #4 hook.  We manufacture jigs for almost all species of fish, so it is important to read the descriptions of the jigs and look at the pictures that are on each jig page.  Below are the conditions for any returns:

  1.  Only jigs that are still in the unopened package can be returned.
  2.  Chicky Tackle Company must authorize all returns in advance.  To request a return, please email with your original order #, date of order, phone number where you can be reached, items wanting to be returned and reason for the return.  If approved, we will send you the return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You must reference your RMA # on the address label.
  3. Jigs cannot be exchanged as our warehouse is remote.  Once the returned merchandise is received, Chicky Tackle Company will refund your original order as described below and you can reorder via the website.  Again, all refunds will be issued once all returned merchandise is received in good condition.

o   If the reason for the return is Rockport Rattler’s fault, then we will reimburse you for all of the jigs being returned plus any sales tax and shipping.

o   If the issue is a mistake in purchasing, then we will reimburse shopper for the jigs being returned plus any sales tax charged on those jigs less a $5.00 restocking fee.  The original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
